| Barretta Garden Inn Policies

All of our room rates are per room, per night, for two adults (double
occupancy). A 10% County Transit Occupancy Tax will be added to
the room rate. In rooms with additional beds an extra charge of
$25 for each additional person will apply. Rates are subject to
change.
• Add $10 to room rate for single night weekend stays - Friday or Saturday.
• All rooms include complimentary early beverage service
and a full breakfast, served in our dining room between 9:00am and
10:00am.
• Reservations can be made and your room guaranteed by using
a credit card. We accept MasterCard and VISA.
• When cancellations are made within 14 days of scheduled
arrival, guest is responsible for the full amount of the scheduled
stay and the full amount of the reservation will be charged to your
card , however we will send you a rain check valid for one year,
excluding major holidays.
• Longer cancellation periods will be applied to multi-room
bookings.
• For reservations made within the 14 day period, they are
considered firm and will be charged to your credit card on the day
of your scheduled arrival
• We do not give credit or refunds for early departures,
unless we are able to re-rent the room(s).
• No-Shows are charged for full scheduled stay.
• Cancellations must be made by speaking directly with the
innkeeper via the telephone in order for us to confirm your cancellation
• Please inform us at time of reservation of any dietary
or allergy considerations.
• Check In: 4:00 p.m.-6:00pm Check Out: 11:00 a.m. unless
special arrangements have been made
• We do offer business travelers for the State, City, County
and School Systems the special per diem rate for travel Monday through
Thursday. The per diem is for single room occupancy. Add $50.00
for a second person. Selected rooms apply.
A small inn such as ours is significantly
affected by cancellations and we appreciate your consideration of
